TMI Mucus plug come out early!?

Hey ladies, I'm freaking out this morning. Last night my daughter was kicking me so much and very low might I say. She had me up most of the night peeing, now I am 23 weeks and 3 days right now. I was having pain from her kicking so much. This morning I woke up to pee and had almost what looked like a quarter size jelly like discharge just fall out of me... It was like a very pale yellow in color. Could I have lost part of my mucus plug early?? I never had this with my first.. Now before anyone asks I did call my doctor, but I'm waiting on a nurse to call me back. I'm so nervous... I have a dull ache in my lower back but nothing too bad.. Has this ever happened to anyone??
