Please help me in any way you can

So I'm a 22 year old mother of 3 now. My first was natural in april 2017, my 2nd was emergency c section is 2018 and my 3rd was also a c section in 2019. I was told if I fell pregnant before 5 years there could be a risk of uterine rupture which could lead to either having my womb removed or even bleeding out. I was basically told it could be very dangerous for me.

I've now just found out I'm around 4 weeks pregnant.. what do I do?
