I dreamt about my friend and now I LIKE HIM?

This is really weird but one night I had a very vivid dream about my friend confessing to me and asking me out. I rejected him in my dream, saying I only see him as a friend.

He kept trying, but I do actually care about him and after like a while I gave in and started dating him in this dream. I felt like I genuinely like him then.

Then I woke up. But I still feel like I like him although I didn't beforehand! It's like my feelings developed overnight. Now it's been 2 weeks and I have a crush on him. Tbh I feel like it gets stronger even. What do I do? I'm pretty certain he doesn't see me that way
