Ulcers ... gastritis?

Have any of you ladies had one? Im currently on medication, Prilosec. But I am wondering what your symptoms were and if you have any tips as far as overcoming them. I had a dull ache in the left side of my stomach for over a year and finally addressed it with my doc. I couldn’t be seen but she prescribed me the meds I am taking now. So hopefully that’s all it is. Basically I am wonder what anyone who has experienced something similar to these symptoms were diagnosed with so I know for sure that’s what my issue is. Thank youuuuu!
