Am I Wrong

Correct me if I am wrong, but my six month old son shouldn't be on constant constipation meds and pear juice In order to have a normal bowel movement right? Something is wrong that needs to be fixed yes?

He's been on every formula since birth trying to figure out what works with his belly and nothing. Not even the meds and pear juice combo works 100% of the time and he still has hard movements that make him scream his head off and bleed.

Waiting from a call back again from the doctors office. I can't keep this up anymore. He needs help and all I'm getting is the same bullshit answers.
