Ladies help me pick a gift

For a new mom to be to a 2nd baby boy (hubby’s coworkers wife)

I’ve had 7 babies but it’s been so long since someone gave me a gift that idk what would be nice. I can’t donate my time for baby watching so that she can rest or shower and I can’t donate babysitting bc I don’t know her. Is a nursing bra or tank too personal in this situation?

Any ideas? I have seen the more common things like coffee,gift box subscription, monogrammed items for baby. I’d like something more unique or thoughtful. I already have a gift for baby but being 3 months pp myself I’d like to get her something just for her cause I’d have loved something like that.
