Newborn/family pics

I am starting to get SO frustrated! I got my pictures done when my son was a week old. He is now TWO MONTHS old. When he was a month old, I contacted the picture lady and asked when they will be done. She said, “almost done, sweetie.” A week after that I checked my yahoo, and I got excited because I saw that she emailed me the files. When I opened the files, there was words in the middle of every picture that said, “don’t screenshot, that’s against the law.” I was SO mad! Why didn’t she just tell me that? And to make things worse, she sent me more pictures and if I wanted them I could pay $20 extra for each individual picture. So that would be $256. She messaged me and said that she gave me a awesome discount. WHAT? I already paid her close to $800 and she wants more and my photos are still not edited. She took a month to send me those files, with writing in the middle of it, and then said, “pick out the photos and I’ll edit them.” My son is two months old. I messaged her 3 days ago, and asked if they were done. Still no reply. STILL waiting. I didn’t sign any contract with her, but she don’t my maternity pictures and my sons birthday smash. So I trust they will be here..... eventually. It’s just aggravating. Why pay for someone to do you pics and then they take their sweet time editing? I’m furious. 😭
