These symptoms needs to go away.

Hey everyone!!! I am need some advice. This is my first time expressing myself on the blog so please bare with me. So over 4+ years I have been trying to conceive a child natural, Pre-Seed (no luck) and then after a few days of using Conceive Plus I stopped taking the meds but haven’t decided when I am going to go back and start over. When I be having these symptoms I take a pregnancy test my results always come out negative. So a few days this week I be getting a vaginal bleed for the past month and I’ll never know if it’s my cycle or am I just bleeding, I be having this sharp pain on one side of my lower stomach, vomiting, headaches, and dizziness. My sister think there’s a baby in my fallopian tube (she’s a nurse) but I am thinking something different. This is driving me crazy. My manager at work is very concern about me and so am I. Just took a pregnancy test and I am negative.
