Sex drive?

I feel terrible bc I never wanna have sex. My sex drive does not exist right now. I’m 23 weeks pregnant and I’ve felt this way the whole time. I’ve only had sex 2-3 times and he’s soooo understanding but I just feel horrible. Anything I can do to naturally boost my sex drive?

No sex drive whatsoever. We tried like 10 different positions last week and I was so uncomfortable that we had to stop. OB says that’s totally normal. It’s like everything is swollen and sensitive. I just apologize a lot and he says it’s fine but I know how frustrating that must be.

Same. I wasn't like this with my first. I had a period of time that i was ready to go (second trimester) but ... I struggled with PPD and I have a 10 month old so I don't think my body ever got time to regulate. I end up having an anxiety attacks when we do because I feel so bad and numb when we are intimate in that way. I just feel bad for my husband and I get in my head. Luckily he is very supportive and understanding so I don't feel much pressure except what I put on myself. You are definitely not alone!

Same here. Coulda went without it this whole time. I’ll have a day every now and again where it’s not so bad but I ha e to really have it in my head that I want to (and not really want to have sex but just the intimacy). Even when I want to it’s like I’m so sensitive it almost hurts. He understands but at the same time he does not. I feel horrible and I still do it but I could honesty have gone this entire time and give birth without having sex again. I’m to the point I feel like it’ll last forever. I just read where most women have higher levels of vaginal lubrication in the second trimester, not me. What so ever. Like at all. 😭

Ugh I am with you. When I was pregnant with my girls I wanted sex. Now that I am with my boy I have ZERO desire. I can’t even pretend to hahaha. BUT I still do it every couple days because we’ll that’s what we do and he’s use to. I want him to get off with me I know it helps him mentally. So we just do it without me doing much work:/. I can’t wait to have my sex drive back!!!
