Recuring chemical pregnancies

Has anyone else struggled with recurring chemical pregnancies? Did you get answers to why it was happening? I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and don’t know what to expect or what to ask.

Somethings I found through my own research is low progesterone and endometriosis. I’m 27 years old and have awful hormonal acne and I’ve always struggled with this. This makes me think it’s low progesterone that is causing my chemical pregnancies.
