Who has lupus?

If you have lupus, do you mind sharing your experience with how you found out. What were your initial symptoms? What made you go get checked? I have been feeling ill for quite some time now. In the last 2 years I have gotten the following symptoms: headaches every week, jaw pain, nausea, mouth sores, foggy brain, rashes, dry eyes, lip swelling/hives, and two chemical pregnancies. I’ll attach pics of my rashes. Do you think this sounds like lupus or any other autoimmune disorder? Both rashes have happened either immediately after or a few days after sun exposure. I have a doctor appointment in 3 weeks and will be requesting blood work. I’m just so nervous somethings wrong. It makes it even more stressful that’s I’m trying to conceive and keep having chemical pregnancies.
