Anti colic bottles?

My son is about 10 weeks old, and is exclusively drinking breast milk either from nursing or the milk I pumped & we heat up.

He seems to have tummy pains frequently and I want to try all options to help him, so we’re on to bottle changes. (I have done several things to help him so I’m not looking for tips on anything but bottles)

He has always used the Tommee Tippee (TT) standard bottles with the level 0 nipple and I love them because he can go back and forth with bottles and BF so easily.

We had tried a dr browns bottle but he would chug it in less than 5 minutes and would seem more upset and uncomfortable then with his TT bottle.

I got the TT anti colic bottle, and he chugs just as quickly and he had a massive spit up after drinking from it.

*i do try pacing him and slowing him down and it hasn’t helped*

Does anyone know of an anti colic bottle with a level 0 nipple? Most I have found (the dr browns and TT includes) only go down to level 1 and it’s just too fast for him I feel.
