Dont wanna get my Hope's up..

Soooooo for the past 4-5 days I have had very sensitive nipples, my period is about 4-5 days away, I just went to the bathroom to pee and when I wiped there was a lot of brown discharge?

I know all this could say I am pregnant but with PCOS it hurts to even get my Hope's up.... about 2 years ago I lost my first baby and since then it has been so difficult even getting close to being pregnant so all this signs... I want to believe but I'm so scared to test...

Ladies who have have recently gotten their positive, did yall have any of those symptoms?
