İ need Help please!!

So yesterday friday i was 6dp5dt and my cramping became very intense like i was starting AF with headache and i needed to use painkillers.. So i called my Dr. but instead she told me increase my progesterone injection to daily while still taking pesseries twice daily. When i took d injection all the cramps stopped and frequent peeing reduced drastically.

My question is who knows what might be going on or anyone who has experienced this and still gotten a bfp. Am really losing hope that the POİ is just stopping my period as i should be due naturally tomorrow.

PS. İ transferred 3 quality blastocyst.

This journey has been the most difficult round out of my 3 fresh cycle. Am an emotional mess, crying at little things.
