I recently found out I am pregnant again after an ectopic a year ago n I haven’t told my partner yet because I want to know that it’s in the womb before he gets excited because I know how bad he wants it too and I wrong for keeping it from him ?????

Personally, I would always tell my husband. If anything were to go wrong, I would want and need his support through it. 
Would you also keep it from him if something did go wrong? I know for sure I wouldn’t be able to hide those feelings so he’d end up finding out anyway. 
It’s obviously completely your decision and whatever you feel most comfortable with.

No I don’t think it’s wrong. Especially if you want to surprise him; I didn’t tell my husband about our first for a few days bc I wanted to announce it to him in a fun way. I’m not sure how long you’d have to wait tho to be sure baby is in the uterus & you deserve his support if things go wrong. So I think it’s ok if that’s what you feel is best.

Yeah, I'd tell him. He doesn't need you to protect him and it's his baby too.
I always told my husband the second my test ran positive. If something were to happen I'd want him to be with me every step of the way.
