advice please

so my last period was june 17-23rd i didn’t get a positive test till june 17th i got blood work to confirm pregnancy and it was 80.8 48hrs later it was at 214.7 is that normal? my dr won’t see me till i get my blood drawn again july 27th .. idk why he won’t even schedule me an appointment regardless what my hcg levels are .. i had twins 08-25-19 at 30 weeks by emergency c section and tons of complications i’m worried it may be twins agin all tho i’m currently not experiencing any sickness other than being so tired and feeling bloated.. i don’t even know how far along i am i had an ultrasound done day of first blood draw they said there wasn’t a sac present yet
