Pregnant; Bleeding for 3 days, not heavy & no cramps

I just came from the hospital today because this is the third day I’m bleeding, but it isn’t heavy just like a light period. Yesterday, I got all these positive test and today at the hospital they tell me my HCG level is 10.1. My last period was June 16th by the way. I don’t have any cramping, my boobs hurt, I’m super angry everyday and I get some aches here & there. On Monday, I have to go to my OBGYN to make sure my levels are higher or I could have miscarried. Has anyone had levels this low & bleeding, but levels still got higher ???
