Food Poisoning

Hey! Asking for advice or someone else’s experience. I had baked sushi rolls for lunch today at work (crunch rolls to be exact) and an hour later I felt nauseous and then went number 2 in the bathroom. TMI but it was a little watery.

Clocked off work, came home and my tummy is still upset. Do you think it’s good poisoning? Listeria? Has this happened to anyone else before? I’m thinking the sushi was just a little under cooked but I’m curious if this has happened to anyone else.
