No sex drive

I’m 21 and I literally have no sex drive whatsoever and obviously it’s causing problems in my relationship. I want to have a sex drive so bad. It makes me feel like there is something wrong with me. Anybody have any advice or thoughts. I’ve also never have been to the OBGYN before, I do get really serious cramps whenever I’m on my period sometimes. And when I do have sex sometimes my abdomen hurts in certain positions.
