Help with middle name! Roux ..... ?

So I need help ..
I’ve just had my second boy and his name was going to be Beau or Roux
We have decided on Roux but really need some ideas on a middle name. 
We were going to go with Roux Beau considering Beau was our second choice but I’m not sure.. what do people think and any ideas on a middle name instead?

Out of the two, I would go with Beau or spell it Rue. Roux is a mixture of butter and flour to make a sauce.

Roux actually isn’t a name, it’s a French word which is a mixture of flour and oil/butter. Which we love down here in Louisiana for some gumbo 😂 it also means “russet” in Latin , like the potato. But you might be a trend starter so if you like the name then go for it.

I’ve always liked the name Beau. Rue is ok but I’ve always thought it to be a girl’s name. 
Please don’t do Roux. The first thing I think of is making gumbo. 🥴 While it is delicious I certainly wouldn’t name my child that.

Roux sounds like a nickname or a middle name at the very most. But if it has to be a first, please don't name your baby 'Roo Bow'. 😬 Roux Carter sounds cute or maybe use dad's name as a middle or a family name as a middle? In the end it's your choice. But I think a solid, longer name with some sort of meaning to you will be the best.
