4 weeks 6 days cramping please answer

Okay so I’ve been having a little bit more then moderate cramps in my stomach. It’s only happened a few times. This is my second pregnancy, and I don’t remember if this happened with my first. It kinda feels like trapped gas. Like it’s not really a cramp feeling, it’s more like bolts of sharp pain going from the bottom of my stomach to up. I’m not bleeding or anything. My sister had a blighted ovum a couple months ago so that’s been on my mind. I just want this baby to be okay 😣
