Can someone explain bbt charting to me? I started tempting this morning which is 4 days after AF ended because it came in the mail late
I did it vaginally and it came up 98.04 today.
So just keep tempting same day every morning?
And how do I know if I’m about to ovulate with bbt and how do I know if I ovulated already?
