Is it bad to say I hate my son at the minute?

Everything I do just isn’t good enough. I’m so drained and exhausted from trying to keep him happy. He’s cried and whinges at absolutely everything. 
He’s constantly hitting me in the face but doesn’t hit anyone else. I just feel like a failure. Like nothing I’m doing is good enough for him. 
I just don’t even know what to do anymore.

Girl I feel this my daughter doesn’t hit me but the constant whining is driving me nuts she’s going through the throwing herself on the floor and screaming when she doesn’t get her way I try to ignore her but it can be frustrating this coronavirus crap doesn’t help we’ve been stuck at the house almost every day.

I think we are going through leap 10. My son has started throwing tantrums and whining a lot lately. He slapped me in the face pretty hard the other day as well. It seems like it’s a phase right now. Hang in there.

The tantrums are definitely real right now... the worst of it is the screaming at the top of her lungs.. we live in an apartment and I honestly feel so bad for the neighbors 🙁.... I have tried ignoring, redirecting nothing works. I have got to the point where I go put her in her bed for a few minutes thinking maybe she needs a few minutes of quiet time. It usually works until she find something else she can’t have or do and we start all over again. My son who is 10 was so easy as a baby/toddler, she is a beast lol and exhausting.

I definitely feel it's a phase most March babies are going through, but if you haven't recently it wouldn't hurt to do a checkup just to check ears. Literally whenever my daughter acted 100% whiny and grumpy, she always had an ear infection. 
She can throw tantrums right now multiple times a day, but it's not constant or violent.

I had a few choice words for my son on Sunday. Literally nothing made him happy. It was constant crying, whining, throwing himself on the ground. It’s exhausting. Also, the whining is going to kill me. You’re not alone. This age can be so much fun and can also be like traipsing through hell. Hopefully you have someone who can give you a break.
