Running out of options

Hi everyone. I had a chemical miscarriage September 2019 and still haven't concived yet. Every month when AF comes its makes me so upset and wonder if there is something wrong with me i have to wait till its 1 year before doctors can do tests they try keep me positive by saying although I had a miscarridge its still a good sign that I can concive. Does anyone have any tips or advise ?
