Help help help 15 weeks pregnant!

What can be the cause of bleeding. I’m being told that I have bacteria in my blood. Could’ve possibly been a uti but I’m basically done with my antibiotics and still bleeding. The doctor wants to do a culture to see if I have a yeast infection or something else (can’t remember the name rn) and she said that I could also be asymptomatic to it. Has anyone experienced this? Please help. Woke up this morning to use the bathroom and I’m still bleeding. Not a lot but it’s more than spotting.
