Help! No periods, dryness, BV

A few months ago I got on a low estrogen BC. I used to have daily discharge (normal) since I hit puberty. After taking that BC I suddenly became super dry down there and now constantly fighting BV. It’s been months and nothing got better, I switched to a high dose of estrogen BC and I still barley get a period, still no daily discharge and I still keep getting BV. No matter what i do, I can’t win. No doctor seems to care and want to help. Has anyone else had this problem!? What has anyone else done to help with any of these symptoms?? Help! Help! Help! It’s been almost a year and I’m so over this!
