Chemical preg?

Just looking for some insight into what I’m experiencing right now. This cycle I had 2 actual faint positives on tests and my period was 2 days late. The amount of cramping before and now during is incredible, I don’t remember having a period like this almost ever maybe when I was very young. Extreme back cramps I was up for hours the past few nights due to the pain. Extreme clotting and heavy period went through a tampon in less than 2 hours while laying down doing nothing. I believe I’m having a chemical but I’m not sure. Anyone else experience same and was a chemical? Tia for any help
