strange taste or smell making me nauseous

so with my two girls i had morning sickness not in the morning but random, first was nearly the whole time second was the beginning this baby i would eat loads at first in the evening but only recently say 10 weeks onwards now 11 weeks certain foods have a strange smell and it makes me gag i’m never sick but just can’t eat the foods or the smell of them as it makes me gag so onion and garlic i can’t eat i’ve noticed the smell of egg i can’t stand now but it all smells the same just a horrible smell, i thought i may be having a boy at first because of not being sick but now because of the nausea i’m wondering if it could be a girl just not making me actually sick anyone else felt like this ?
