Testing in the am or afternoon?

I’m a little confused on why the strips say  afternoon is the best time to test but clear blue digital says fmu...Should I be doing both?

Clearblue digital works differently then other opks and should be taken after your longest sleep which is typically fmu they also say to only test once a day until you get a high reading then you can test twice a day if you wish, other opks generally do better with testing in the afternoon.

I always do both when getting close clear blue digital is different than test strips but I do both
