Too early?

So my last period ended 18 days ago. My next is supposed to start in 7 days and im 9 DPO. I have been having to be like 6 or 7 times in just a few hours for the last 3 days. Is it too early for this to be a pregnancy symptom?

I usually get this when i have a UTI but it's just the feeling and not actually peeing. Meaning I'll sit on the toilet feeling like im gonna pee myself but never actually pee. And i have no other UTI symptoms. TIA
