Migraines 🙁

Hello ladies!

I’ve been suffering from migraines with auras, and sometimes migraines where my face or arms go numb. 😭 sometimes I don’t get them every month other times they’re constant 💔

I’ve been to sooo many doctors but nobody can give me and actual answer to find an effective treatment 😭

Do any of you experience these types of migraines? What do you to help soothe the pain? I’m slowly giving up on them since it’s been 10 years since I started my first one 😥
