Seven weeks postpartum just went to my six week check. I’m still spotting. I am breast-feeding with some formula supplementing. Was told that with breast-feeding you shouldn’t have a period but here I am still spotting and having to wear a pantyliner. My OB says your estrogen is basically gone when you are breast-feeding and everything in there is thin so it’s still shedding blood. All this crap they don’t tell you about. How pregnancy and everything is so beautiful yet they don’t tell you about the crap you have to deal with after you have the baby. Two kids, plenty for me. If I had known the second round would be this shitty I would’ve stopped at one. Fuck you post partum!
