Brown Spotting

Hello ladies, I am currently 7 weeks 1 day but I’ve been spotting brown discharge for about a little more than a week. Anybody have these same symptoms?? If so please help me out. I can’t go to my doctor any earlier than my scheduled appointment due to the virus, but I want to know what could possibly be happening.
