Baby on the way with one at home

We just found out I'm pregnant again and it happened a little sooner than we had planned for. When #2 arrives our little guy will be a year and a half, which is pretty scary haha.

I'm worried about being pregnant with him right now. I know he doesn't mean to, but he kicks and pushes on me quite a bit. I'm still super early (about 6 weeks) but terrified I'll miscarry or something. He's also about 28lbs and I've picked him up a few times and got a pulling pain in my pelvic area.

Has anyone been through this? Can someone give me some wisdom and advice??
