Numbing cream that’s safe for vagina?

I recently developed an autoimmune disorder with the skin in my vagina. Went to the OBGYN when it started itching like crazy, we tested it and it’s autoimmune and she said there’s nothing they can really do 🤷‍♀️

It itches INSANELY. I’ve woken up at times and have itched it so badly I’m bleeding. It’s worse at night. And then when I pee it goes on the cuts and that burns 😭

Right around the hole itself. Anybody know of numbing or anti-itching creams I can try???

Edit: I’m a complete virgin, no possibility of STD etc
