How many naps does your 3-4 mo take?

Just curious sometimes I feel like I’m putting my baby down for naps when he’s not tired but he’s been awake for longer than the suggested “awake windows” for his age. We do plenty of activities when he’s awake. He’s really struggling with nighttime sleep which is probably just the regression. Thanks!

it’s all over the place! today she took a morning nap 30 mins after she “woke up for the day” for 2 hours. then 2 hours later  took another 2 hour nap then she had 2 more 30 minute naps. she’s asleep now in her bassinet for bedtime and will probably sleep 8-10 hours straight, then to hack for 4 or 2 hours after!

Besides a morning 30 to 45 minute nap 2 hrs after he wakes up. Its 20 minutes here and there.

3 naps. For 8-8pm day my lil ones nap schedule.  10am (1hr) 1pm (2hr) 5:30 (30 min).

3 but sometimes 4. We have her on a schedule and she does well with it. Her naps are at 9:30, 12:30, and 3:30. Sometimes she'll take a snooze around 7, but then she goes down for the night at 8. Her naps are about an hour and a half long.

My baby was used to suuuper short wake windows. She had issues eating, which made her exhausted. Since having the issues fixed she will typically fall asleep after being awake 60-90 minutes. She never looks tired but after following a sleep routine, she will slowly fall asleep in about 10-30 mins.

We do about 4 per day, her least nap I try not to go passed 6:30
