Pregnancy test positive but two day after test...

I’ve taken two test first came back a very faint line. Waited a couple days retested second line showed up darker in a bout five minutes. Two days later I got to the restroom wipe and very very light pink spotting. Checked it out later it was nothing. The next day nothing at all. Second day light spotting then later on started to get darker. The day after that it turned into a full flow. I’m trying to stay positive. However this would be my very first pregnancy and I have no clue what’s going on!!! 😫😫
