UPDATE: I’m bleeding more and cramping a lot, it’s for sure a miscarriage... :( 
So this is my second pregnancy and according to this app I should be 8 weeks but today I went to the er due to a light bleeding, the doctor said that the baby is measuring 6weeks and the  technician couldn’t find a heartbeat... and my hcg levels are on the low side too 1340 I’m gonna follow with my doctor to see if my levels go up... have you been thought something similar and baby was ok? I really need some perspective

I'm going through the same thing im 7+3 days but baby is measuring at 6+2 and no heartbeat. So they're checking my hcg levels today, Saturday and Monday and another ultrasound for next week. I'll keep you in my prayers.

This happened with my first pregnancy. Went in at 8w measured 6w2d and no heartbeat. Went back 2 weeks later and still nothing and was ruled a missed miscarriage. My bleeding started lightly and never went very heavy - just constant until my D&C. Praying your story doesn’t end up like mine x
