Water intake
So I have been trying to drink mostly water and only have 1 can of sprite a day. Well majority of the day I can’t really force myself to drink anything really and then about 5 pm hits and I can’t stop drinking water. Then I’m up 3-4 times a night having to use the restroom. Anyone else have this problem? I’m 37+1 today.
