Help with stress

Okay, I’m someone who has had anxiety for a very long time but I’ve always been able to handle it, but ever since I got pregnant it’s gotten so much worse due to a previous miscarriage and just the hormones in general. What are some things you guys did to relax and calm yourselves. I have myself worried from things that happened months ago and it’s never been this stress since years ago and I know stress isn’t good while pregnant. Please help
