Ejaculation problem

My husband ejaculates only when we have intercourse with the gap of 3-4 days

If it's supposed to be done for everyday or even every other day he is not able to make it even after 10mins of intercourse

I am so worried that during the fertile period he is not able to it

How to overcome this problem is there any other alternative way to make his swimmers get inside me during the o day
