2 days PP and bleeding nipples

I'm currently almost 36 hours PP and I've met with two lactation consultants who both said baby's latch is great. She loves feeding on either breast. I originally wanted to EBF but my nipples hurt so bad. The last time she latched, she sucked about 3 to 4 times and I was in tears and had to unlatch her and my nipples are now trying to bleed some. Any advice on what to do?? I want to BF but I can't if it's going to have me in tears.

I've tried a saline soak on both breasts, hydrogel pads and pumping but it even hurts to pump.
