Pregnancy Shakes
So... this is my first pregnancy, and I’m really struggling with wanting to eat much of anything. I don’t have much nausea or any morning sickness yet (~7w2d). Has anyone used meal replacement shakes, protein powder, specific shakes for pregnancy, or even share your favorite recipe? I’d like to get all of my nutrients and be able to absorb my prenatals completely.
Any suggestions appreciated!
** I do have food allergies to pineapple, kiwi, mango, and goat milk products. So sadly I cannot enjoy them and all of their wonderful nutrients.
