What to do after a chemical/early loss

Question

July was our first month ttc. We were so overjoyed at the positive right away. But my HCG was too low and I started bleeding yesterday. Going back for the second hcg today to confirm but I know it's over. 
I know we want to try again...I'm just wondering when it's ok to do that? I just asked my OB as well. 
Was just wondering what y'all's experience with this was and when you started trying again? 
Also if you have or had a healthy pregnancy after a chemical please let me know. It would help a lot to hear that.

I got pregnant 2 weeks after chemical. Hes 18 months now

I had an early loss last month. Our first month trying after having our son. We tried again this month but im sure my cycle is coming next week. 
I did get confirmed ovulation from my midwife. We could see that on the ultrasound. Good luck to you and I’m here if you want to talk

I had a chemical early October 2017 and was pregnant again at the end of November 2017. Went on to have a healthy baby boy.
