Is a hemoglobin of 10.0 low enough to cause severe heart palpations? I feel like my obgyn isn't taking me serious. I have painful heart palpations all day long with shortness of breath and sometimes even blacking out. I've been telling my obgyn office this for 7 weeks now. They are saying all my symptoms are from my slight anemia and to just take iron. I feel like the symptoms I'm having are too strong to be from slight anemia. Maybe I'm just over thinking it. But I constantly feel like my heart is just gonna stop beating and its scaring me. I'm contemplating calling my family doctor for a second opinion.
