Breakthrough bleeding, spotting, or period?

So I’m taking the pill(21 hormone pills, 7 sugar pills) and on my last pack I skipped my sugar pills and went right into my new pack so I could skip my period.

However, yesterday I noticed a tiny bit of blood when and thought I just have just cut myself when shaving, but today I wiped and there was a good spot of blood but much thinner and more watery than any period I’ve ever had. I’m wondering if this is just a two day thing that’ll pass like spotting or breakthrough bleeding or if this is my period starting up.

Frankly I’m going to be seriously pissed if its my period because my boyfriend(in the military) and I are supposed to see one another for the first time in six months and I’m going to be devastated if my period decided to pop up now.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen and knows what’s going on. My pill brand is Vienva if that helps. I’ve never had this problem when skipping sugar pills before either.
