How to get over worry?

I’ve been on the combo pill for 8 months now and anytime I do anything sexual with my bf I overthink that somehow I’m going to get pregnant. We aren’t having sex. How do I get over my worries and fear and trust the pill(I take it everyday when I’m supposed to and at the same time)?

look up the pill effectiveness statistics. you always cannot get pregnant if you aren’t even having sex. use condoms if yourethat anxious

Probably by going to therapy. I have to go to therapy because I obsessively think that I’m pregnant even though I’m on the pill and use condoms, I get my withdrawal bleed and numerous negative tests. Sometimes it means you really aren’t ready for sexual intimacy yet and that you’re trying to make it okay but you don’t really feel like its okay.
