I wouldn’t worry about a 3 day difference. I did IUI to get pregnant and my baby has been measuring 5 days smaller. My doctor told me as long as baby is measuring within 1 week of how far along I am that it’s normal. Some babies just grow at different rates.

Really 7w 2d and 6w 6d is not a huge difference. One more day added to the 6w 6d and the baby would be 7w not far from 7w 2d. Where you are at is only a 3 day difference.
