Spotting

I am 6 weeks pregnant and today I started very lighty spotting. I have yet to spot at all so I panicked and went to the emergency. They did a double ultrasound and said everything looked fine that they were surprised to actually get a picture. They reassured me that spotting is normal. Can you ladies please give me some advice on how to go about this. Its my first pregnancy after almost 2 years of trying. I can't help but be freaked out. I just had a very long and tiring/stressful week.
