Medical question help

If anyone is any type of medical professional could you help me with this? Long story short I was having horrid pain in my upper right abdomen. My doc thought gallstones so I go to get an ultrasound and it took three doctors trying to find my gallbladder only for them to Tel me I need a cat scan because my gallbladder looked abnormal and possibly collapsed... could someone tell me what they think these notes mean exactly?
